David Schmidt

Mr. Schmidt has more than 15 years of commercial brokerage experience focused in the Chicagoland Northwest suburbs. He has held senior brokerage position at Premier Commercial Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial. He specializes in working with buyers/investors and sellers of commercial buildings, and land. Schmidt has been recognized for his work in commercial real estate by receiving the “Sterling Society” award and the “Bronze Circle of Distinction” on multiple occasions. Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Speech. He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
